At SkyClimb Sensory Development Center, we realize that paying for therapy services can be a huge financial burden. We aim to keep our services as affordable as possible for all families while still providing high quality treatment.

Fees
  • Your evaluation includes intake time, full write-up with Sensory Diet, and post-consultation Cost: $300-$500
  • Treatment sessions are typically 45 minutes and $80 a session.
  • We accept payment via cash, check, or credit card.
  • Clients will be billed at time of service.
  • We understand that kids get sick, people forget, and emergencies happen. Please respect that a time has been reserved for you and we need at least 24 hours notice to fill the spot. Please note there may be a charge for missed appointments.
Insurance
  • We currently offer a fee-for-service payment structure. This allows us the freedom to provide services in creative ways for the frequency that best serves our clients
  • If you have out-of-network benefits, you are likely to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company.
  • When speaking with your insurance company, inquire about pre-authorization, out-of-network deductible, and the # of visits allowed per calendar year.
